Backrest: The backrest is made of nylon, ergonomically designed with Dyno Flex and is upholstered with nylon mesh fabric. This design provides support to your back and the mesh fabric allows for better air circulation, reducing heat build-up from prolonged sitting.
Armrest: The armrests are 3D adjustable with a PU pad. This means you can adjust the height, width, and angle of the armrests to match your needs, and the PU pad provides a comfortable resting place for your arms.
Seat: The seat is made from PU moulded and PP ABS, upholstered with fabric. This combination of materials provides a firm yet comfortable seating surface.
Mechanism: The chair uses an MS self-calibrating system with multi-locking and slider features. This allows the chair to tilt back, and you can adjust the tension to match your weight and preference. The slider allows for seat depth adjustment.
Gaslift/Base/Castor: The chair has a Class 4 85mm gas lift, an aluminium base that measures 350 mm across, and PU castors that are 60 mm twin wheels with a silver ring for smooth movement.

1.Returns are not accepted on the furniture once sold.

2.Only parts having manufacturing defects will be replaced. In case you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

3. For any concerns regarding the product or service, please reach out to geekscomfort@gmail.com We only replace parts against manufacturing defects. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of installation; we will arrange for a replacement. We reserve the right to request images or videos of such damage. All claims for damage ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within three (3) days of installation.

Thereafter, the replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalidated. In case a later installation is requested, the product has to be checked upon delivery for any damages and reported within 24-hrs.

The DO’s and DON’Ts are: DO’S

• Always follow the assembly directions completely. Make sure all the parts are placed in proper order so that the chair stays intact and together.

• Every 3 months or so, inspect the chair to make sure all the parts or components of the chair are tightened to ensure stability. Look for defective worn or loose parts.

• Always keep the base of the chair completely on an even floor.

• Regular cleaning and dusting helps in increasing the product life. Use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning and dusting purposes.

• For liquid spills, professional upholstery cleaners are recommended for cleaning the product. DON’T’S

• Never put all your weight at the very front edge of the chair. If you sit too forward, the chair can tip over.

• Don’t leave electrical appliances on upholstered chairs. Fire can result if they overheat. Be careful when smoking or carrying lighted material around upholstered chairs.

• Never pull out the fabric if it gets snagged by some sharp object.

• Do not place the product under prolonged exposure to sunlight or near heat sources, like radiators, fireplaces, heaters as the fabric colour can fade.
