Backrest: The backrest is ergonomically designed, meaning it’s shaped to support the natural curve of the spine. It’s upholstered with mesh fabric, which is breathable and can help keep you cool during long periods of sitting.

1.Returns are not accepted on the furniture once sold.

2.Only parts having manufacturing defects will be replaced. In case you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

3. For any concerns regarding the product or service, please reach out to geekscomfort@gmail.com We only replace parts against manufacturing defects. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of installation; we will arrange for a replacement. We reserve the right to request images or videos of such damage. All claims for damage ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within three (3) days of installation.

Thereafter, the replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalidated. In case a later installation is requested, the product has to be checked upon delivery for any damages and reported within 24-hrs.

The DO’s and DON’Ts are: DO’S

• Always follow the assembly directions completely. Make sure all the parts are placed in proper order so that the chair stays intact and together.

• Every 3 months or so, inspect the chair to make sure all the parts or components of the chair are tightened to ensure stability. Look for defective worn or loose parts.

• Always keep the base of the chair completely on an even floor.

• Regular cleaning and dusting helps in increasing the product life. Use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning and dusting purposes.

• For liquid spills, professional upholstery cleaners are recommended for cleaning the product. DON’T’S

• Never put all your weight at the very front edge of the chair. If you sit too forward, the chair can tip over.

• Don’t leave electrical appliances on upholstered chairs. Fire can result if they overheat. Be careful when smoking or carrying lighted material around upholstered chairs.

• Never pull out the fabric if it gets snagged by some sharp object.

• Do not place the product under prolonged exposure to sunlight or near heat sources, like radiators, fireplaces, heaters as the fabric colour can fade.
